Adobe Photodeluxe Home Edition For Windows 7

I had Adobe Photodeluxe 4.0 on my old Dell with Windows XP. I just purchased a new Toshiba with Windows 7. I put the disk in and installed it but when I click on it to run the program, I get the following message,'there is not enough RAM to launch Photodeluxe.' I tried to increase and decrease Virtual Memory but nothing worked.

I also tried to select, 'let Windows decide' and also to turn Page File off and that didn't work either. Some folks online say that Adobe 4.0 is not compatible with Windows 7 but there's got to be a way to make it work!?!? Thanks in advance for the help.
