Hi Vic, Are you using the Lync desktop application or the Windows store app? We don’t recommend performing any registry changes now as the webcam is working fine with the other applications. The error message states that the camera is already used by another service. It is possible that some other background service is using the camera and is conflicting with Lync. To check if this indeed is the issue, I would suggest you to boot the computer in a clean boot state and check.
